Introduction of the School:- 

 The School Akanksha Children Academy was opened in the year 2007. The school was based on C.B.S.E. pattern with English as its medium of learning. The school was founded under the society “Akanksha welfare and educational society” president by Mrs. Radha Singh. The school because of its good infrastructure got a tremendous response from the society people of the area, school too never took back step as far as, and its quality and standard of education is concerned.

 

OBJECTIVE OF AKANKSHA CHILDREN ACADEMY

Akanksha Children Academy run by “Akanksha welfare and educational society” having the head office in 5/122 Vinay Khand, Gomti Nagar Lucknow, has its objective and priorities in its mind before opening the school.

Bhitariya the area which was secluded from all sort of modern education has nothing to say about the education as far as area was concerned Akanksha Children Academy was a boon for the area. This was the main objective of the society to give quality education, that too in reasonable fee structure. We all knew that this rural area has got the Capability; the only thing was to give them a proper platform. We all also knew that the task was never going to be easy, to run a quality English medium school in a rural area.

The concept of Personality Development ran to the mind of the management and that tickled. It was a mere boost up for the student as well as for the management, P.D. classes which were given daily and was given a period every day. This class not only helped in the personality development but also gave them a confidence. We are proud group now because within no time our students are no where less than Urban students. This was the main objectives of the Akanksha Educational and welfare society to give a concrete base to the students.

We are working on the same prospective the Dreams are not there only to be seen but they should be properly implemented in life. No dreams are there that could not be fulfilled.

House-System

C.B.S.E. board in its bye law has introduced the House system and made it necessary for the school. Here in Akanksha Children Academy, Bhitariya, Barabanki. We are following this tradition since the first year. Four houses were constructed with different colours.

The names given to the houses too has got moral and thinking behind it. All the names have got meaning are which shows the right route for the life.

The names given were: - Motivation House

                                         Discipline House

                                         Progressive House

                                         Inspiration House

1. All the houses have got different colours. i.e.- Red, Yellow, Blue, Green.
2. All the houses have got its Captain, V. Captain.
3. All the houses have got different teachers as their Incharge and Asst. Incharge.
4. All the houses have their morning news of the day, thought of the day, and presentation on their turns.
5. All the houses have to face house wise competition among themselves.
6. Winners are provided medals and certificates.
7.  Winners are given chance to move ahead and face the completion at different level outside school Campus.

Thus we can say that our school has always followed the house system in its Campus and which has at a certain level helped us to give confidence to our students.

Extra Curricular Activities

The school Akanksha Children Academy has never given excuse of being in the rural area. The school has made all the arrangement for going extra other than studies and for that proper arrangement has been made for the instructions, coach on part time bases.

For now school is providing:-

1.   Dance Classes
2.   Badminton classes by Professional coach.
3.   Taekwondo classes by Professional coach.
4.   Yoga by experienced Yoga Guru.

Other than these our P.T.I. who himself has played National Level game is giving many other games classes regularly. These classes are not only being given but also our students are particularly in many contests outside the school and have won many medals too and had raised the name of the school. Some certificates are being attached to conform the above said.

 

Staff:-

Being 60 km. from lucknow and Faizabad, it was a difficult task to arrange the Teachers for the C.B.S.E. Board English Medium school. In no time the school took decision to run Staff Bus from Lucknow to Bhitariya. It helped a lot in maintaining the quality education as it became lot easier for the management to arrange experienced and quality teachers.

For Co- Curricular activities other than Dance and PTI the school has arranged weakly classes from professionals in different field like:-

1. Badminton
2. Taekwondo
3. Yoga- etc.

The school is bound to give all sorts of facilities and will go beyond its limit to achieve its goal.

Infrastructure:-

The school has provided a tremendous atmosphere which nowhere is less than the top English medium schools of the Urban places.

1.  Electricity was the main problem which could create hurdle in our aim, so taking in view of that the school has arranged three big generators with separate generator room and frequent electric supply has been maintained without affecting any classes.
2.  Computer:- The school has got modern computer Lab, equipped with lots of computer and A.C. The well maintained furniture gives it a look to watch on.
3. Practical Lab:- The school has maintained a big practical lab having an area of about 1000 sq feet, equipped with all sort of facilities of the students level.
4. The school has got its projector room commonly known as darkroom which helps to provide modern technique of education through C.D.
5. Library:- The school has maintained a well equipped library having books of all levels , which is helpful not only for the students as well as for the students.
6.  Sanitation:- The school has neat and clean sanitation separate for boys and girls and the number of Toilets are more than, is actually needed.
7. Fire Extinguisher:- The school has received NOC from department and has all the equipment to face any type of five danger.
8.  Dance Room: - The school has got separate dance room and is proud by the performance presented by the students by the students in the annual function.
9. The school since beginning provided the stage to the students through annual function. This stage gives a platform to the students and helps to present their Talent information of big audience.
10. Personality Development:- The school provides  Personality development classes and has arranged separate room for that.
